 The registration fee will be deducted from the balance of your party. We will invoice you for the balance due the week of the party, and the remaining balance must be paid in full within 48 hrs of party!*

*Additional persons can be paid for the day of the party.  No refunds for cancellations.

 

It is important that you get a final head count before submitting payment, as we will  not issue refunds for no shows.  If payment is not made, then your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit waived. The Hostess and her guests will be required to sign a waiver of liability form before participating in the fitness activity. Please note, you will be charged for any unregistered persons participating in the party.  

 

Please be mindful of the time you tell your guests to arrive, as we will not wait beyond 10 minutes of the agreed start time to begin the party.  If there is a late start time, resulting from late comers or the tardiness of the hostess, the event will conclude by the stated end time.  By completing the form, you agree to the terms and our policies.

 

$100 Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if the party is cancelled.

No Refund on Pole Rental Purchase.

If you cancel at least 7 days prior, we will allow reschedule of Rental Date within 1 year of Purchase Date.
